TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE — MYMINUTE
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Service Provider
The MyMinute website, available at https://myminute.net, is operated by:
Fabio Campana
VAT Number: IT01995580675
Email: fabio.c89@live.it
Hereinafter referred to as “MyMinute”, the “Provider”, or the “Operator”.
By using the website or purchasing a minute, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. What MyMinute Is
MyMinute is a digital service that allows users to reserve and purchase a specific minute in the future.
During the purchased minute, for approximately 60 seconds, the message selected by the user will be displayed as the main content on the public homepage of MyMinute.
Each specific minute may be assigned to one purchase only.
The purchase does not grant ownership of time, a date, or any tangible or intangible asset. The user is purchasing only the digital service consisting of displaying a message during the reserved time slot.
3. User Eligibility
The service is intended for adults or, in any event, persons legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the purchase process is accurate.
No account registration or login is required.
4. Information Required
To purchase a minute, MyMinute may request:
nickname;
email address;
country;
selected date and time;
message;
archive preference;
any other information strictly necessary to provide the service.
The user’s email address will never be displayed publicly.
The country selected by the user may be publicly displayed together with the corresponding flag. MyMinute does not verify or certify the user’s nationality.
Where available, users may choose whether to display their nickname publicly or appear as “Anonymous”.
5. Minute Reservation
The user selects an available future date and time.
Simply selecting a time slot does not constitute a completed purchase.
During the payment process, the selected minute may be temporarily reserved in order to prevent multiple users from purchasing the same minute at the same time.
The reservation becomes final only after successful confirmation of payment by the payment provider.
If payment is not completed or confirmed, the minute may become available again.
6. Date, Time and Time Zone
MyMinute detects the time zone of the user’s browser or device and displays the applicable time zone during the purchase process.
Times are internally managed using standardized systems, including UTC and IANA time zones.
Before completing payment, the user is responsible for carefully checking:
the selected date;
the selected time;
the displayed time zone.
MyMinute shall not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect device, clock or time-zone settings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Price
The standard price of one minute is currently:
€1.00
The total applicable price is always displayed before payment is confirmed.
MyMinute may change the price of future purchases at any time.
Any price changes will not affect reservations that have already been paid for.
8. Payments
Payments are currently processed through PayPal.
Users may be subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, fraud-prevention procedures, currency conversion rates and other policies.
MyMinute does not store users’ PayPal login credentials or complete payment-card details.
The contract relating to the purchased minute is concluded once payment has been successfully confirmed and the reservation is marked as completed.
9. User Messages
Users may submit text, numbers, punctuation, symbols and emojis, subject to the technical limitations of the website.
The font size and formatting of a message may be automatically adjusted so that the message can be displayed correctly within the screen.
MyMinute may apply reasonable technical limits to message length where necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
A preview of the message may be shown before purchase.
The user is solely responsible for the content submitted for publication.
10. Prohibited Content
MyMinute may not be used to publish unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
Prohibited content includes, in particular:
credible threats;
incitement to violence;
unlawful defamation;
fraud or scams;
deceptive impersonation;
copyright or trademark infringement;
unlawful disclosure of another person’s personal information;
unlawful sexual content;
child sexual abuse material;
malware;
spam;
any other content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
Profanity, satire, provocative language, irony or controversial opinions will not automatically result in removal, provided that the content is lawful.
11. Moderation
MyMinute does not necessarily manually review or approve each message before publication.
However, the Operator reserves the right to block, hide or remove content where reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law;
protect third-party rights;
prevent abuse;
maintain the security of the service;
enforce these Terms and Conditions.
Where content is removed because of a violation attributable to the user, MyMinute may refuse republication or a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Reports concerning potentially unlawful content may be sent to:
fabio.c89@live.it
Where possible, the report should include the message, date and time, reservation code and reason for the report.
12. Rights to User Content
Users retain any intellectual property rights they may hold in the messages they submit.
By purchasing a minute, the user grants MyMinute a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the purposes of operating the service, to:
store;
process;
reproduce;
format;
publicly display
the submitted message.
This licence also includes technical and visual adjustments that are reasonably necessary to display the message on different devices, such as resizing text or adapting its layout.
The user represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and publish the content.
13. Public Display
During the reserved minute, the message will be publicly displayed on the MyMinute homepage.
The purchase concerns a digital time slot, not a guaranteed number of views.
MyMinute therefore does not guarantee:
any minimum number of visitors;
any minimum number of views;
shares;
social-media engagement;
publicity;
commercial results;
any particular audience size.
14. Public Archive
During the purchase process, the user may choose between two options, where available.
Keep it forever
The message remains publicly accessible in the MyMinute archive after the purchased 60 seconds have ended.
The expression “Keep it forever” describes the intended archive functionality and does not constitute a guarantee of permanent or perpetual storage.
A message may cease to be available due to:
closure of the service;
legal obligations;
violation of these Terms;
technical problems;
security reasons;
other legitimate circumstances.
Disappear after 60 seconds
After the purchased minute ends, the message will no longer be publicly displayed in the archive.
Even where this option is selected, certain information relating to the transaction may still be retained internally where necessary for accounting, tax, legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-management purposes, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Where the user acts as a consumer and applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, that right may be exercised within the period established by law.
For consumers within the European Union, the standard withdrawal period for a distance contract is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If the purchased minute is scheduled to take place before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the user may be required to expressly request that performance of the service begin before the 14-day period has expired.
Once the service has been fully performed, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal where the consumer has expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, where applicable, the user may send an unequivocal statement to:
fabio.c89@live.it
The request should include at least:
the email address used for the purchase;
the reservation code.
Except where a right of withdrawal, refund or other remedy is provided by mandatory law, completed reservations are final and non-refundable.
16. Failure to Display Due to Technical Problems
If, due to a problem directly attributable to MyMinute, a purchased message is not displayed during the reserved minute or the service is otherwise materially not provided, the user may contact MyMinute support.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, MyMinute may offer:
a replacement minute of equivalent value; or
a refund.
Minor interruptions that do not substantially prevent the service from being provided do not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
17. Service Availability
MyMinute aims to keep the service available on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be affected by:
maintenance;
updates;
hosting issues;
internet failures;
cyberattacks;
third-party service outages;
technical failures;
events outside the Operator’s reasonable control.
MyMinute may perform maintenance, technical updates or security changes where reasonably necessary.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyMinute shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from:
improper use of the website;
incorrect information entered by the user;
an incorrect device or time-zone configuration;
third-party service failures;
issues attributable to PayPal;
the user’s internet connection;
content submitted by users;
consequences resulting from the user’s voluntary publication of a message.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the MyMinute Privacy Policy.
Payment-related information may also be independently processed by PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s own privacy policies.
20. MyMinute Intellectual Property
The MyMinute name, website design, software, interface, proprietary graphics, texts and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a minute does not grant the user any ownership rights in the MyMinute brand, software, website, interface or other proprietary materials.
21. Changes to the Service and Terms
MyMinute may update these Terms and Conditions in order to reflect:
changes in law;
technical developments;
security requirements;
organizational changes;
changes to the service.
Changes will not retroactively prejudice rights already acquired by users.
Unless otherwise required by law, the version of the Terms applicable to a reservation will be the version in force at the time of purchase.
22. Suspension or Discontinuation of MyMinute
The Operator may suspend, modify or discontinue the service for technical, commercial, legal or organizational reasons.
If discontinuation of the service makes it impossible to provide minutes that have already been purchased but not yet performed, appropriate measures will be taken, including refunds where legally required.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of the country in which the consumer resides.
Where the user qualifies as a consumer, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with mandatory consumer-protection rules.
For users who do not qualify as consumers, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and any specifically agreed contractual provisions.
